These terms apply to Learn to Bowl, published by Bit Universe, operated by Kevin Savill. Contact support@bit-universe.net for support. Your Meta platform/account terms and applicable consumer rights also apply.
Access and beta testing
Use a supported Meta account and the release or test channel to which you have access. A beta may contain defects and change before release. Back up important progress where the platform supports it. We do not promise a release date, uninterrupted online service or that beta saves will work with every later build.
Safe play
Follow your headset's age, health, safety and boundary guidance. Keep the play area clear, use wrist straps with controllers, remain aware of people and objects, and take breaks. Stop if you feel discomfort. The game teaches virtual bowling concepts; it does not replace professional coaching or guarantee real-world sporting results.
Fair play and online conduct
Keep room codes private and treat other players respectfully. Do not use hateful, sexual, threatening, deceptive or personally identifying player names; harass others; exploit children; share credentials; tamper with the service; or interfere with other players. Follow Meta's Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences.
Online rooms are available to verified teen/adult accounts. We may close rooms, restrict service access or act on reports to protect players. Use the in-game safety controls or leave a room immediately if uncomfortable. Report conduct through the Meta system menu or contact support.
Privacy and your content
The privacy policy describes local records, account-age processing, online names/results, reporting and deletion. Share only a nickname you are comfortable displaying to room participants. You retain any rights you have in information you submit and permit the limited processing needed to display it and operate/moderate the service.
Game assets and service changes
Game code, art, audio and branding are protected by their applicable licences. Access to play does not transfer those rights. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date and any notice required by law. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
