RAM RAMP PRIVACY POLICY

For Ram Ramp on iOS and Android · Effective October 8, 2026

THE SHORT VERSION

  • Ram Ramp does not require a game account. Your coins, upgrades, looks, records and settings stay on your device.
  • Mobile advertising and purchasing providers process data to provide their services. Those services may connect before you watch an ad or buy anything.
  • Rewarded ads and purchases are optional. You can hide bonus-ad offers for free in Settings; Remove Ads also stops ad loading.
  • If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send.

1. Who we are

Ram Ramp is made by Kevin Savill, an independent developer. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the developer. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.

2. Data on your device

The game stores progress, coins, owned upgrades and cosmetics, run records, settings, ad-bonus claim limits, and a local cache of purchase ownership. We do not operate a gameplay server or upload these saves to one. Ram Ramp has no separate gameplay analytics service, social accounts, messaging or user-generated content.

Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, normally removes local game data. Device backups may retain copies. Apple’s or Google’s device-backup services may include saves under their own policies; the game does not provide its own cloud-save account.

3. Optional rewarded ads

Google AdMob supplies optional rewarded ads for bonus coins. There are no banners, forced interstitials or ad revives. After the consent check permits ad requests, the SDK can initialize and prepare an ad before you choose to watch it. Hiding offers for free does not itself stop these connections; ownership of Remove Ads stops ad initialization and loading.

The advertising SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or app identifiers, app and ad interactions, and crash and performance diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and reliability. The game disables personalized ads and the publisher first-party ID. Non-personalized ads can still process data.

Google’s User Messaging Platform checks applicable privacy choices. Where available, Settings provides Ad privacy choices to review or change them. Ads are requested only when that consent service permits requests. On iOS the game does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization or access the IDFA; other app-bounded identifiers and the data above may still be processed. Android’s advertising and privacy controls are available in device settings.

Test builds use sample ads, which produce no advertising revenue. A store release may use live rewarded ads with the same disclosed practices. See Google’s privacy policy and Google’s partner-app information.

4. Purchases

Apple’s App Store or Google Play handles payment for the three cosmetic packs and permanent Remove Ads purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Through Unity In-App Purchasing, the game processes product and price details, transaction or receipt information, and purchase ownership to deliver purchases, restore them, and handle refunds or revocations. Ownership is cached locally for offline use.

Unity’s purchasing services may process purchase-event data, installation or session identifiers, device information, country and transaction details for purchasing and purchase analytics. See Unity’s privacy policy, Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Store purchase records remain separate from local saves. The game has no external checkout and does not sell your personal information directly.

5. Audience

Ram Ramp is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. A store age rating describes content suitability; it does not change the data practices above. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. Purchases are also protected by the game’s grown-up check and the platform’s purchase controls.

6. Support and this website

If you contact support, we and our email provider process your email address, message and attachments to respond and investigate. Send only what is needed; do not send passwords or payment details. We retain correspondence while needed for the request, follow-up, security or legal obligations, then delete it when no longer needed.

Our website code adds no analytics or advertising scripts and does not set cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes IP addresses, request details and network diagnostics for delivery and security under its privacy policy.

7. Retention, deletion and your choices

Local progress remains on your device until removed. Manage device backups separately. Deleting Ram Ramp does not erase platform purchase records, support correspondence or provider-held data. Providers retain data under their own policies and applicable obligations and may process it in other countries.

Use Settings for available ad privacy choices and bonus-ad preferences, and your device’s advertising controls. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, email [email protected]. Other rights may include restricting or objecting to processing, withdrawing consent, or complaining to a privacy authority, depending on your location. We respond as applicable law requires. For Unity purchasing data processed on our behalf, send your request to us so we can validate it and instruct Unity through its purchasing privacy process. Some platform purchase records must be retained for purchase ownership, accounting or legal obligations. Use the linked provider controls for data that Apple, Google, Unity or Cloudflare holds independently; we can help identify the relevant provider but cannot directly erase its records.

8. Changes and contact

We update the effective date when this policy changes and describe material changes in update notes or another appropriate notice. Questions and requests: [email protected].
