Reporting a problem

Include Spatial Workshop, the app version shown in Settings, your headset model, whether you used hands or controllers, and the puzzle ID if known. Describe what happened just before the problem and what you expected. A screenshot is optional; avoid including your room, account details or other private information.

Settings → Save support report creates a diagnostic file locally and tells you its filename. It does not send a report automatically. If we need that file, we can explain how to copy it from the headset. Never send passwords or login tokens.

Tray, reach and tracking

Open Settings to adjust tray height, size and viewing angle or recenter the workshop. Use the system recenter command after changing position. Release a grip or pinch after interrupted tracking before trying again. Keep the play area clear and stop if you feel discomfort. Room view does not detect or align the tray to real furniture.

Progress and resetting

The game saves committed puzzle moves locally. Return through the Workshop button when you want to change activities. To start again, choose Settings → Reset progress → Erase progress; canceling the confirmation preserves your progress. Resetting progress keeps comfort/settings and may retain recovery files and support reports.

Privacy and deletion

Use headset storage controls for a full local reset and manage Meta backups separately. To request deletion of information already sent to Bit Universe, email support@bit-universe.net and name the game. Requests are free. See the Spatial Workshop privacy policy for the complete data practices and backup explanation.

Closed beta access

Access is by invitation through a Meta release channel. An invitation does not create a public Store release. Testers must be 13 or older and will receive the test instructions before joining. Please keep your Meta account email out of public bug reports.
