Learn Circuits

Support

Contact support@bit-universe.net for game help, beta feedback or privacy requests. Include Learn Circuits, the game version shown in Settings → Help and privacy, your headset model, whether you used hands or controllers, the job ID if known, and what happened just before the problem.

Tracking and comfortable reach

Release your grip or pinch after a system menu or tracking interruption, then try again. Use the headset's system recenter command to reset your forward direction. Settings offers seated/standing presets and text sizes; the bench controls adjust height, distance and tilt or bring the bench back in front of you. You should not have to stand up to complete a seated job.

Everything on the workbench is simulated. Do not connect real equipment while wearing a headset. Keep your play area clear and stop if you feel discomfort.

Hints and returning to a job

Hints progress from a question to a guided repair. Restart lets you try the job again. The game saves committed circuit edits and progress locally and resumes an active job with power off. In the free workshop, use the save controls to keep a build in one of eight slots.

Reporting a problem

Settings → Help and privacy → Export diagnostics creates a file locally; it does not send anything. The report contains technical details about the app, current circuit and recent errors. Review it before sending it, and never send passwords or authentication tokens. Screenshots are optional; crop out private account or room information before sharing them.

For beta feedback, describe the expected result and what you observed. State whether you can reproduce it, and include the build version.

Progress and deletion

Before clearing app storage, contact support if you are trying to recover progress. Clearing storage or uninstalling removes local progress, settings and diagnostic files. Meta system backups may be retained separately and can restore progress after reinstalling. Manage those copies through Meta's Cloud Backups controls.

To request access, correction or deletion of correspondence or reports you sent to Bit Universe, email support@bit-universe.net. A request is free and does not require an account. See the Learn Circuits privacy policy for details.

Beta status and known issues

Learn Circuits is being prepared for a private beta. Public downloads and a release date have not been announced. Headset compatibility, tracking, performance, recovery and accessibility checks are still in progress for Quest 3 and Quest 3S.

When a beta build is available, this page will identify confirmed player-facing issues by affected version and include available workarounds. Include your version when reporting a problem so support can check it against the right build.
