Learn Circuits

Privacy policy

Publisher: Kevin Savill trading as Bit Universe. Effective date: October 22, 2026.

Privacy and support contact: support@bit-universe.net. This policy applies to Learn Circuits on Meta Quest. The game is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and over.

Learn Circuits works offline, does not require a separate game account, and contains no advertising or developer analytics. Bit Universe does not receive gameplay or tracking information automatically.

Tracking and device access

The game processes headset and controller poses and, when enabled, hand poses to position your view and workbench, aim, select and move simulated parts, connect wires and operate virtual sensors. These samples are used during play. They are not written into saved games or diagnostic reports or sent to Bit Universe.

The game does not access microphone recordings, raw camera images, eye tracking, a map of your room, precise geographic location, contacts or photos.

Progress and settings

The game stores preferences, completed missions, unlocked parts, the current circuit and up to eight saved circuit builds in app storage on your headset. It also keeps a recovery copy of saved progress. These files let you resume the game. The game does not upload them to a Bit Universe server.

Meta Horizon OS may back up and restore app data using Meta Cloud Backup, depending on the app and account backup settings. This system service is separate from the game's offline functionality. Bit Universe does not operate it. See Meta's Privacy Policy and Meta's Cloud Backup information.

Optional diagnostic reports

Settings offers an optional diagnostic export. A report is saved locally and includes the app and electrical-model versions, device model, current mission and circuit, solve results, and up to 30 recent error messages with timestamps. It does not intentionally include camera images, voice recordings or hand poses. Error messages can contain technical details; review a report before sharing it. The game does not send reports automatically.

Purchases and platform services

Meta manages the app purchase, distribution, account services and system backups under its own policies. Bit Universe does not receive payment-card details. This release does not use the Meta Platform SDK to request user profiles, friend lists, social features or age-category data. There is no in-app purchase or subscription; all eight chapters are included.

Support correspondence

If you email support@bit-universe.net, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or diagnostic information you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request, investigate a problem or respond to a privacy request. Do not send passwords, login tokens, payment details or unrelated personal information.

We retain support correspondence only as needed to address the request and meet applicable legal or security obligations. You can ask us to delete information you have sent. If we must retain particular information for a legal or security reason, we will explain that reason. The game does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Deletion and your choices

Use the headset's app-storage controls to clear Learn Circuits app data, or uninstall the game, to remove local progress, settings, recovery files and diagnostic reports. Clearing app data resets your progress. Remove any copies of reports you exported or shared separately.

Uninstalling does not necessarily delete Meta Cloud Backups. Use your Meta account's Cloud Backups controls to delete this app's backups for each device. A later restore can bring back saved progress. Meta controls its own purchase, account and backup records.

Users in every region may request access, correction or deletion of information they have sent to Bit Universe by emailing support@bit-universe.net. Making a deletion request is free and does not require a website, Discord or game account. Include Learn Circuits in the subject and describe your request. We may ask for limited information needed to find the correspondence and verify that the request is yours. Parents and guardians may use the same contact for questions about a child's information.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy when the game's data practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. For game help or privacy questions, email support@bit-universe.net.
