Stuck on a block, a control not responding, or a save missing? Tell us what happened.
Include the game version, device model, OS version, block number and steps to reproduce the problem. A screenshot can help. Never send passwords or payment details.
How do I clear a block?
Move right into the lit EXIT. You do not have to defeat every enemy or collect every supply. Regroup at Riverton Auto between blocks to buy equipment, ammunition, a medkit or an extra life.
How do touch controls work?
Hold or slide between the movement arrows. FIRE shoots your selected gun. CROWBAR swings separately. SWAP appears when you carry more than one gun. After buying the chainsaw, hold its separate pad above FIRE; it uses fuel and stays outside SWAP.
Stand still at a marked supply stop to collect it. A hit interrupts collection. Amber attack warnings can be interrupted; red ones cannot be staggered while armoured, so move away or use your gun.
Why does an empty gun just click?
Each gun has its own ammunition. The game never chooses another gun automatically. Use SWAP or the separate CROWBAR button. Supplies refill only the guns you own; fuel is bought at the pit stop.
How do lives and retries work?
A new run starts with three lives, up to a maximum of five. RETRY BLOCK spends one life and restores what you carried into the block. A death with no lives left ends the run. Every fifth clear earns a life; the shop sells additional lives at a rising price.
Where are my saves?
SAVES on the title lists three local slots. SAVE & TITLE preserves progress before leaving a run. Copy and Move only fill an empty slot; Delete asks for confirmation. Saves are local and do not automatically transfer between devices. Device backup behavior is controlled by Apple or Google.
Older saves preserve their original alternating route. To play the five-region circuit, start a fresh run in an empty slot. Do not delete an old run merely to try the new route.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Gameplay works offline without a game account. Game Center authentication and leaderboard reporting on iOS use Apple's service and need a connection. The Android game does not use Game Center.
Can I change sound or vibration?
Open SOUND on the title or SOUND & VIBRATION from CONTROLS. Music, effects and ambience have separate volume controls; zero mutes a channel. Vibration can be turned off.
Privacy
The game has no ads, analytics or in-app purchases. Read the No Safe Block privacy policy for local saves, optional platform services, support emails and website delivery.
