PRIVACY POLICY
No Safe Block keeps game progress on your device. It has no advertising, analytics, game accounts or in-app purchases.
1. Who operates the game
No Safe Block is developed by Kevin Savill. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
2. Local progress and settings
The game reads and writes its own save files and device settings to remember progress, best scores, save slots, sound, vibration and teaching messages. These remain on your device and are not sent to us. We do not operate a server storing your game progress.
Delete an individual run through SAVES → MANAGE SAVES → DELETE. Removing the app or its app data removes its local files and settings, subject to your device's backup and restore behavior. Apple or Google may include app data in device backups depending on your settings; manage backups with your platform provider.
3. Optional Game Center on iOS
The iOS game attempts optional Game Center authentication and, when authenticated, submits your run score to Apple's leaderboard. Apple handles your Game Center identity, profile, scores and service data under Apple's privacy policy. We do not run a separate game account or leaderboard server. Gameplay remains available without Game Center and without an internet connection. Android has no Game Center integration.
4. Purchases and platform services
No Safe Block is purchased upfront through its store. The game has no in-app purchases, advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs. Apple and Google handle store accounts, purchases, distribution and their own platform diagnostics under their policies: Apple and Google. We do not receive payment-card details from the game.
5. Support correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as device model, game version, screenshots and a problem description. We use it to respond to your request and resolve problems. Do not send passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is handled through our email provider and retained only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Ask us to delete correspondence or correct information by emailing the address above.
6. Website delivery
The website code contains no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts and sets no cookies. Fonts and images are hosted with the site. Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and may process IP addresses, request details and security diagnostics under Cloudflare's privacy policy. Visiting an external provider link is governed by that provider's policy.
7. Your choices and requests
You can delete local saves, remove app data, control device backups and use Apple's Game Center settings. We cannot directly erase data held by platform providers; use their privacy controls for their records. For information you have sent us, contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on your location, other privacy rights may apply, including the right to complain to a privacy authority. We will respond as applicable law requires.
8. Security and changes
We limit support correspondence to the people and services needed to handle it. No system can guarantee absolute security. Updates to this policy will appear here with a revised effective date. Contact [email protected] with questions.
