Controls and comfort
Use two Touch controllers. Grip holds and releases a ball; the trigger selects menu controls. The left menu button or right B opens pause. Choose your lead hand and fit the virtual hands in Settings. Optical hand tracking is not supported.
Use a clear stationary play area and controller straps. Dropped balls return to you. Take a break if you feel uncomfortable, and never juggle real objects while wearing the headset.
Cannot verify access
Use the Meta account that purchased the app or accepted the private-channel invitation. Check the headset's connection, then quit and reopen. Private access is limited to invited accounts; sideloading does not create an entitlement. If verification still fails, send the displayed error and game version to support without sharing credentials.
Tracking or interrupted play
Restore normal headset/controller tracking and return to the game. Check your surroundings and choose Resume when ready. Refit the virtual hands or recenter from the headset system controls if alignment is uncomfortable. Stop if the problem continues.
Progress, reset and deletion
Progress is saved in app storage, with a backup. To start fresh, choose Settings → Comfort, sound & accessibility → Reset Progress and confirm. This resets local progress, settings and hand fit and removes the game's local error/playtest logs. Meta Cloud Backup can restore older data; manage backups separately.
For access, correction or deletion requests involving support correspondence or platform scores, email the address above. Include only the information needed to identify the request, such as the relevant Meta username and feature. Never send a password. Some platform records are controlled by Meta. Report a bug
Include game version, headset model/OS, the activity, reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and whether it repeats. Screenshots and local diagnostics are optional and are not automatically uploaded. For the private beta, use the beta guide.
